Children & other vulnerable groups
A number of papers disaggregate the MPI by other vulnerable groups to ascertain how the level and composition of poverty varies for these groups at one level and/or over time. Papers also may propose tailored MPIs that adapt indicators to certain population groups and undertake comparative analysis to elucidate the value-added.

Children
Studies of multidimensional poverty include age disaggregation of national poverty metrics, analyses of Child MPIs that are linked to a national MPI and implemented at the individual or household level, as well as stand-alone child indicators or measures. They may also compare differing methodologies to elucidate the value-added of each approach.
