Pobreza multidimensional en Guatemala: Actualización del IPM-Gt con datos de la ENCOVI 2023
National MPI Reports
This update of the Guatemala MPI (IPM-Gt) published in June 2025 was produced by the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES) in collaboration with the Institute National Statistics (INE), the Planning Secretariat of the Presidency (SEGEPLAN) and the Ministry of Public Finance (MINFIN). The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) provided technical support. The MPI was calculated using data from the National Survey of Living Conditions 2023 (ENCOVI 2023) and is based on the original MPI structure, which examines 17 indicators grouped within 5 dimensions (Food and Nutritional Health and Safety, Education, Decent Employment, Housing and Basic Services).
