Niall is a Research Assistant at OPHI. As a part of his work, he helps provide measures of global environmental deprivation.

Prior to joining OPHI, he worked as a Consultant at the Development Impact Evaluation group (DIME) at the World Bank.  He also previously worked as a Research Assistant at the London School of Economics and the Global Priorities Institute.
