Dr YangYang Shen
Biography
YangYang is a Research Associate at OPHI. She joined OPHI in 2014 and worked as a Research Officer until 2016. Now, she mainly works on research projects relating to multidimensional poverty in China.
Yangyang works as an associate professor in the School of Business at Beijing Normal University, and a researcher in the China Institute for Income Distribution (CIID) in Beijing Normal University.
After her PhD in Economics, she continued working on poverty analysis in China, including income/consumption poverty, multidimensional poverty, and relative poverty.
