This webinar presented the experience of the National Statistics Office of Colombia (DANE) in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, and introduced the Multidimensional Vulnerability Index developed at the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) to help with identifying communities at greater risk of COVID-19.
