UN General Assembly Side Event 2020

Recording of the high-level online Side Event at the 75th UN General Assembly on 23 September entitled 'Poverty at a Crossroads: Using Leadership and the Multidimensional Poverty Index to Build Back Better'. The event was co-hosted by the Governments of Chile and Pakistan and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) together with the Multidimensional Poverty Peer Network (MPPN) and OPHI. At the event, 21 world leaders and policymakers discussed how to reduce poverty in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.
