A podcast and presentation of the seminar given by OPHI Research Associate Gaston Yalonetzky are now available online.
The lecture, which was given on Thursday 28 November, presents working research on ‘The state of female autonomy in India: A comparison across states based on stochastic dominance’.
In the seminar Yalonetzky, a Lecturer at Leeds Business School, explains how a stochastic dominance approach can be used in the context of female autonomy. He then discusses results from research conducted using this approach in India, finding that north-eastern and southern states are outperforming northern states.
The podcast and presentation are available here.
