Global MPI 2013
The global MPI 2013 covers 104 countries which are home to 5.4 billion people, using 2010 population data. In 2013, we found that a total of 1.6 billion people are living in multidimensional poverty; more than 30% of people living in these countries. In 2013, we also analysed changes in MPI poverty for 22 countries from every region of the world.

Our data
The global MPI results are presented in the following Data Tables. Data Tables 1.1-2.3 cover main MPI results, headcount ratio by dimensions, contribution of deprivations and other measures of poverty and wellbeing at the national level (104 countries) MPI Results with k=0.2 as the poverty cutoff. Data tables 3.1-3.3 cover Multidimensional poverty, headcount ratio by dimension and contribution of deprivations at the sub-national level (663 regions of 65 countries).
Our Country Briefings
The global MPI Country Briefings present the country-specific results for the countries in this year’s global MPI.
