Saite Lu is a Researcher at Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI). He is currently working also as a Senior Economist/ODI Fellow at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Sierra Leone. He holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Ulster. His MPhil thesis explored the role of financial sector in economic development. He has previously worked as a research assistant with the Institute of Microfinance (InM) in Bangladesh and Oxford Economics.
